Rene Russo Biography: Born in 1954, Rene Russo grew up in beautiful downtown Burbank, a Los Angeles suburb. Her paternally prolific father, a sculptor and mechanic, abandoned the family when Rene was just two, leaving her mother, Shirly, as a single mom with two daughters. Her father Nino Russo, is also known to have at least six other children besides Rene Russo before he died.
